Do you offer free delivery?

  • International: 5-10 business days

At Jaazi International, we offer a 7-day return and exchange policy. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of receiving the item for a refund or exchange.

Jaazi International covers return shipping costs if the item is defective or incorrect. For other returns, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost.

We’re sorry for any inconvenience caused! Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order at info@jaaziintl.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, we cannot guarantee changes as the order may already be in processing or shipped.
